The Civil Services Forum, St. Stephen’s College, is proud to announce the launch of Manthan, the first edition of our new series of Academic Journals. Conceived as a biannual publication, Manthan represents CSF’s commitment to nurturing informed discourse, intellectual curiosity, and a culture of rigorous scholarship on campus.
This inaugural volume centers on the theme “Worlds in Transition: Understanding Multipolarity in the 21st Century.” Through a structured feature arc of interconnected articles, the journal guides readers across historical shifts, contemporary transitions, and the emerging possibilities of a multipolar world. Alongside this main section, Manthan also features research papers, youth perspectives, and curated current affairs.
Months of planning, collaboration, and dedication by the Journal Team have shaped Manthan into a project that we hope will grow into a long-standing CSF tradition. The goal is simple: to create a platform where students can analyse, question, and meaningfully engage with national and global developments.
We invite you to explore the journal, reflect on its ideas, and join us in celebrating this new academic milestone for the Civil Services Forum.
